About Me
I am a game designer with technical skills for prototyping. I am currently an Experience Designer working on immersive experiences and games for Lucasfilm in the ILMxLab department. My primary focus is to give gamers fun interactive experiences in the worlds they have always dreamed of that push the bounds of storytelling. As a Technical Designer, I take great pride in focusing on the latest tech to design engaging systems that push the virtual world in new directions. I have work experience ranging from Indie to the AAA industry. I've worked on the game Hatch-It!(iOS) which was released on mobile from the independent developer Multivarious games. I have designed and developed multiple guest facing games and attractions for Universal parks and resorts. I also travled to Japan and worked onsite with the Quality Assurance and Engineering & Safety team to deliver the Super Nintendo World E-Ticket Attraction. Recently, I was the Experience Design Lead on Star Wars : Tales From the Galaxy's Edge - Enhanced Edition for PlayStation VR2. I designed and developed multiple gameplay systems that utilized the advanced haptics systems of PlayStation VR2 while maintaining the original design vision for the title on Meta Quest 2. I worked directly with designers, artists, and animators to deliver the high cinematic quality the studio is known for. Games are passion projects and it takes hard work and determination to move them forward. My goal is to make sure that whatever job I have, I do it well to keep the game on track for release and beyond. I am a very social worker and I work hard to know not only what I am working on, but who I am working with. Games are my greatest passion, but connections with my coworkers are just as important to me. |
